liverpoolbars.co provides a digital directory of nightlife venues in Liverpool. We are an information platform only. We do not own, manage, or operate any of the bars listed.

2. User-Generated “Pub Crawls”

• Tool Only: Our “Pub Crawl” feature is a planning tool for personal use. liverpoolbars.co does not host, organize, or lead pub crawls. * Personal Responsibility: Users who use our tools to plan a route do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the safety of the routes chosen, or any incidents occurring at the venues visited.

• Entry Not Guaranteed: Inclusion of a venue in a user-created list does not guarantee entry. All venues maintain their own right of refusal and age verification policies.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to keep our database of 250+ venues accurate, we rely on third-party data and venue submissions. We do not warrant that opening times, addresses, or descriptions are always up-to-date. Users should verify details directly with the venue before traveling.

4. Venue Owners & Removals

• Ownership: If you are a venue owner, you may “Claim” your listing to update details.

• Right to Removal: We respect the branding of local businesses. If you are the legal owner/manager of a venue and wish to be removed from our directory, please email [Insert Email]. We will process verified removal requests within 5 business days.

• Promoted Listings: We may receive payment from certain venues for “Promoted” status (e.g., higher search placement or highlighted listings). These are clearly marked to ensure transparency for our users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• liverpoolbars.co is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any financial loss, disappointment, or personal injury resulting from the use of the site or reliance on its content.

• As a primarily free information service, our total liability for any claim (including those from paying promotion partners) shall not exceed £50 or the amount paid for the specific promotion in question, whichever is higher.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated software to “crawl” or extract our venue database for commercial use or to create a competing directory without our express written permission.
